CTL|Thompson offers a wide range of geotechnical engineering and geologic studies services, which are offered during preliminary studies, design level investigations and forensic evaluations. These studies represent the core of our practice.

Geotechnical engineering and geologic studies services include:

  • Expansive soil evaluation and treatment
  • Foundation design
  • Slope stability and earth retention systems
  • Dam construction and repair

Construction Observation and Testing

With multiple areas of competency including drilled pier installation, site excavation and materials testing, we provide single source construction observations and testing, while helping to expedite the construction process and keep the budget in line.

Environmental Engineering

CTL|Thompson's Colorado environmental engineering team provides services in three areas:

  • Property transaction due-diligence services and site investigations
  • Mold and moisture control
  • Asbestos and lead-based paint surveys

Our unique combination of multi-disciplined professionals addresses the environmental and safety requirements and concerns for development, construction and property management.

CTL|Thompson works with homebuilders, contractors and civil engineers to facilitate develop and implement effective Storm Water Permit compliance programs.
