Frank J. Holliday

Frank Holliday has specialized in the geotechnical aspects of construction projects of all types, including commercial structures, power plants, and dams. He began his engineering career in 1964, joining CTL|Thompson in 1984. A registered engineer in 11 states including Colorado, where he is also a Certified Consulting Engineer, Mr. Holliday is a member of several engineering committees and societies. He is also on the Board of Directors for CTL|Thompson. He holds a master of science degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming.

As Senior Consultant to the Fort Collins office, Mr. Holliday executes geotechnical engineering assignments and works as a supervisor and reviewer of the CTL|Thompson engineering product.
