Matthew Wardlow, P.E., began his engineering experience in 1995. He has extensive experience in performing and reviewing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and field investigations, as well as evaluating brownfields (real or perceived contaminated properties) for purchase and redevelopment. Client demand and regulatory changes in recent years have also helped foster an expertise in mold/air quality concerns, as well as storm water compliance at construction sites. Mr. Wardlow is CTL|Thompson’s Environmental Services Division Manager. In this role, he is often the client's primary contact on environmental consulting projects. Mr. Wardlow enjoys sitting down with clients, listening, and explaining relevant issues in an easy-to-understand manner. His role is made easier by an experienced, enthusiastic and well-diversified staff. A registered engineer in Colorado and a certified asbestos inspector, management planner and air monitoring specialist, Mr. Wardlow is a member of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Management Society. He holds an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited bachelor of science in engineering and public policy from Washington University in St. Louis with a minor in environmental engineering. |
