In 1975, Marc Cleveland began his CTL|Thompson career as an Engineering Technician. Since then, he continued his education becoming an engineer with the firm in 1981. Mr. Cleveland specializes in evaluating existing construction to provide alternative recommendations for remediation for both residential and commercial developments, and has extensive experience in ground modification techniques. A registered engineer in Colorado and Indiana, Mr. Cleveland holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a bachelor of arts in biology, both from the University of Colorado at Denver.

As Vice President, and Principal of the firm, Mr. Cleveland assists with overall business administration focusing on marketing and business development.
